Came here for breakfast. Apparently I was too late. Gave the lunch/dinner a try. Thought I ordered a pot roast dinner but I apparently got confused when I saw the Roast Beef meal. Meat was barely warm, super rubbery & all of it tasted like prison food with the instant mash and store bought/bagged rolls. But also, why was the gravy, corn and stuffing- slimey? Cook and server was kind but overall im leaving here to go find food and spend more money somewhere else, just to fill my belly and hit the spot of fulfillment & satisfaction, that I didnt get here. I keep trying to give TJays a chance to be better than my last experience because every time i see their food, it always looks so good. However, after numerous visits to this company from all over Ohio. Ive not had 1 good experience & that sucks. The people arent usually the problem though. Its mostly the food, the preparation and/or the prices. Wishing yawl a brighter future regardless 🙏🫶💪

Don't order thru uber eats bc this is how they send the food..with missing items. I ordered the hen house and didn't receive what I was suppose too. It's missing an egg, honestly idc about the egg, but I do care that the bacon was burnt and I was missing my biscuits n gravy not to mention the food was cold. You have to care all around when it comes to customers even when it comes to go orders.

Their new cook is on point! Best Barnyard Buster Ive ever had! Waitress was okay, when she wasnt sitting down across the room trying to hook up with some guy the entire time. We also found a long hair wrapped inside of our silverware. Other than that, the food was great!!!

Overall, a 5-star rating because we've been coming here for 25 years and have always loved the food. I ordered pickup today: a barnyard buster with toast. I didn't open the food until I got home, and the toast was put directly into the gravy and was totally ruined. I won't order takeout again. Just a fair warning because I was super disappointed.

The overall service was great! Our waitress was really sweet and funny. The over all atmosphere was a rustic country dinner that’s very welcoming!! The food itself was great! We would come again! The food and drinks are worth the price.
